I love this, Wendy. As a way of listening to yourself. I feel the same way: I think I only really process things by writing them through. I've been that way since I was a child, and wonder if it's an inclination we're born with, like introversion or a loose confidence in dancing.

Your poem about the death of your father, and your being there at 2 1/2, still sears me. Writing IS a way of coming to terms and sharing. This is what my memoir writing is teaching me. Thanks for writing the poems and now, the blog.
